Symptom

The 'method execution' phase on a language package installation ends with Return Code 6. The detailed log information contains 'Start publishing IAC objects failed' messages in the following form:

Start publishing IAC object(s) 'R3TR', '<XXXX>'  , '<OBJECT_NAME>'.

Transport log information may look similar to:
