Symptom

  • After upgrading to a Patch under the SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 - Support Package 04 codestream, Crystal Reports built in Crystal Reports for Enterprise start failing with the following error when viewed on demand:
    • The viewer could not process an event. Unsupported run-time modification detected. Cannot add user specific content at run-time. (CRS 200004) [RCIPROCCRJ0099] ----Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
  • The reports had viewed successfully prior to the upgrade.
