After upgrading SPM from 2.1 to 3.0 and Netweaver from 7.01 to 7.31, Customer reports are missing.
Application Log indicates error:
"Object /SPM of class and language does not exist."
"Content policy for namespace /SPM does not exist"

Environment
SPM from 2.1 to 3.0.
Before upgrading SPM, system copied from production to sandbox and upgrade production from NW 7.01 to NW 7.31. Upgrade SPM in sandbox so no data migration steps executed as described in upgrade documentation.
