1826023 - The request timed out because there has been no reply from the server for 600,000 milliseconds

Symptom

  • Dynamic publication using CR as dynamic Source fails with the error after after 20 minutes
  • Dynamic source is a Crystal Report
  • Dynamic Source based on Excel file works fine
  • The following steps make no effect:
    - Increase timeouts in all  web.xml
    - In the registry, increase the WaitReplyTimeout(ms) as pers SAP note “1601501 - Dynamic Recipient Publications Fails”
