- Installing Electronic Journal Viewer (EJV) on a remote machine, customers are unable to select the database (DB) type to use as this section of the installation is greyed out.
- The DB is located on the Store Server machine; Store Manager and EJV applications are on the remote machine that has access to the store server. The Backoff and Journal DB have also been installed onto the server.
