1826650 - Hierarchy variable doesn’t display the text value of the hierarchy, it instead displays the key value twice.

Symptom

  • Key values displaying twice.
  • Hierarchy Node Variable does not display the text value.
  • In Crystal Reports for Enterprise and in Web Intelligence, when reporting off an SAP BW BEx Query with a Hierarchical Node Variable, it prompts to select the hierarchy value, but the hierarchy text value is missing, it instead displays the the key value twice.
