When sending concurrent messages to Real Time service via WebServices the Access Server appears to be hung. When this happens WebServices get Timeout errors. The WebServices has a limit of 8 connections concurrently to the Access Server.
When all the connections are used from the pool it waits until the timeout period and rejects the requests.
