1826789 - Preliminary import actions are not deleting CSOL lock entries

Symptom

You use the Cross System Object Lock CSOL functionality in Change Request Management in SAP Solution Manager.

You created a normal change for your project. You can request the preliminary import of a normal change into a follow-on system by executing an action. This means that the transport is carried out at once and you do not have to wait for related changes to be transported. Thus, the transport process for normal changes can be accelerated.

However the imports triggered from actions "Approve Preliminary Import" and "Import Normal Change into Production" will keep the associated transport requests into the import buffers of the systems, the transport requests will be in status "request ready for import again" in the import queue.

So CSOL will not delete the lock entry. Until you trigger an import all from the task list at project level into the quality system and then into the production system the lock entry will not be removed. This is the standard design.
