1827622 - “Profitability and Cost Management” provider doesn’t exist in the drop down menu when creating a local connection from EPM Add In for Excel - PCM

Symptom

When trying to create a new PCM connection via EPM Add In from Excel, the Profitability and Cost Management provider is not in the drop down menu.
