1827885 - DBACOCKPIT error Exception CX_DBA_ADBC in class CL_HDB_ADBC

Symptom

1) While performing checking overview information from DBACOCKPIT transaction code (DBACOCKPIT -> Current Status -> Overview) you face the following errors on the GUI's bottom panel:

Exception CX_DBA_ADBC in class CL_HDB_ADBC method GET_HOST_INFORMATION
Exception CX_DBA_ADBC in class CL_HDB_ADBC method GET_EVENTS

2) While running connection tests on DBACOCKPIT (DBACOCKPIT -> Select system SID -> Test Connection -> DB Connection Test (All Servers) ) you see that each host fails for client library availability, like so:
