Symptom

When analyzing thread dumps, it is found that most are waiting to be notified: - at  com.sap.engine.lib.lang.SWMRG.startRead()

While that http thread is waiting to be notified: - at  com.sap.engine.lib.lang.SWMRG.startWrite()


This thread is in turn blocking other application threads.
