1828291 - Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - BPC MS

Symptom

  • When trying to connect to a model from BPC Excel, the following error is displayed: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
  • This problem appear when trying to create a new connection for the model
  • The following error message is displayed in the dbo.tbllogs table:
