Symptom
User authentication does not work with single sign-on due to the system received an expired SSO(Single Sign On) Ticket or '500 internal server' error is raised when invoking iviews, reports etc. System traces contains the following RFC error message:'RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: System received an expired SSO Ticket'.
