Symptom
- Unable to use Explorer
- Error "Failed to retrieve the list of explorable entities from the server. Request timed out." when opening Explorer from both URL and BI Launchpad
- After the error message there are no data sources or contents available in Explorer - Source Unavailable
- Restarting the Explorer servers or the SIA do not help
- Explorer Exploration server log contains:
Failed to contact master. Flushing ServiceLocator cache..
