1829090 - Monitor log is emtpy after calling Run_Batch_Job web service operation in Data Services 4.1

Symptom

  • When calling the Run_Batch_Job web service function in the Administrator of Data Services Management Console, the user is getting an empty monitor log (0 bytes).
  • The error and trace logs do exist and have content. 
  • This issue can also be reproduced by running Run_Batch_Job in a web service client like SoapUI.
