1829739 - SAP CRM WebUI: Font size personalization is not available in Personalization Layout setting

Symptom

  1. After system to CRM7.02 (SAP CRM Enhancement Package 2), it is observed that the Font Size personalization setting is no longer available.
  2. Maintaining a new Font size has no effect on SAP CRM WUI if the setting is available. This is applicable only for system on CRM 7.01 or below (SAP CRM Enhancement Package 1 or below).
