Symptom

When trying to login into CMC or other BOE apps deployed on Websphere, receiving "Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server xxxxx:6400 (FWM 01009) null" error

SDK trace shows following error : "com.crystaldecisions.thirdparty.org.omg.CORBA.NO_RESPONSE: Timeout during receive  minor code: 0x0  completed: Maybe"
