1830782 - Missing functionalities for Talent profile in EHP6 or MSS Addon

In EHP6 (and MSS Addon on EHP5 & EHP6), the following functionalities have been delivered:

1. The qualification and training activities tabs in ESS Talent Profile (note 1557379).
2. In the MSS Talent Profile, for each tab related to assessments, all documents for all years and templates will be provided to the manager (notes 1811646, 1786585). When the Talent Management Specialist accesses the talent profile, the drop-down box for selecting the manager will also be displayed (in MSS, this is read-only and the manager name is defaulted).
