1830782 - Missing functionalities for Talent profile in EHP6 or MSS Addon

In EHP6 (and MSS Addon on EHP5 & EHP6), following functionalities have been delivered:

1. The qualification and training activities tabs in ESS Talent Profile (note 1557379).
2. In the MSS Talent Profile, for each tab related to assessments, the manager will get all his documents for all years and templates (notes 1811646, 1786585). When the TMS accesses the talent profile, they will also get the drop-down box for selecting the manager (in MSS this is read only and manager name is defaulted).
