Customers have rounding rules set for cash transactions. In a return issue, when the cash amount due to customer is $0.01, the rounding amount correctly rounds down to $0.00, however, when entering $0.00 to complete the transaction, the POS returns the message 'MUST BE NON-ZERO' to complete and the cashier is unable to exit from the transaction.
