1832177 - Why is the "Complete Delivery" Option Selected by Default When Creating a New Account and Adding a Sales Organization?

Symptom

When creating a new account and adding a sales organization, the "Complete Delivery" checkbox is enabled by default.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Account Management work center.
  2. Select New Corporate Account under Common Task.
  3. Fill the mandatory fields and go to Sales Data tab.
  4. In Sales Data section, select Add Row button.
  5. Select a Sales Organization and appropriate Distribution Channel.

Cause

The default setting for "Complete Delivery" is enabled because it is expected to be the most common scenario.

Resolution

This default setting cannot be changed.
