When uploading or downloading a price/discount list, items with scales are not processed.
Reproducing the Issue
Pre-requisite : The Price List XYZ has 3 items as follow :
Product ABC with no scale price maintained.
Product DEF with a scale price maintained.
Product EFG with no scale price maintained.
I. You would like to download the prices list XYZ to an excel file
- Go to the Product and Service Portfolio
- Go to the Pricing view
- Select Prices List XYZ (XYZ represents the identification of the price list)
- Select Download
You can see that in the excel, only the products with no scale prices were downloaded : Product ABC and Product EFG.
II. You would like to upload new values for Product ABC, DEF and EFG to your master data in your ByDesign system
- From Excel File user can Save Data back into your ByDesign system
Once you have upload the new values to your system, you realize that the scale for product DEF has been removed.
Cause
This is the expected system behavior in the current release.
Resolution
When uploading or downloading a Price/Discount List, items with scales are currently not supported.
