1832837 - Error: "Unable to find servers in CMS <server_name:port> and cluster @<cluster_name> with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator (FWM 01014)"

• Error "Unable to find servers in CMS <server_name:port> and cluster @<cluster_name> with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator (FWM 01014)" when trying to upload PDF file in BI Launchpad.
• The above error also occurs when using Promotion Management, after clicking 'Promote'.

Note: This error is not limited to the above scenarios - the error is generic and can occur with a variety of different scenarios using the FileStore. The resolution applies in all cases.
