1832859 - Exception CX_BSP_INV_ATTR_NAME 'an attribute with the name "GV_FORM_CP" is not defined' occurs when creating mail activity

Symptom

  • Exception occurs when creating an outgoing email in the CRM Web UI
  • The error ONLY occurs when using an enhancement to view BT126H_MAIL/send_screen, it does not occur when using standard view.
  • The error message is:

Cannot display view BT126H_MAIL/send_screen of UI Component BT126H_MAIL
An exception has occurred Exception Class  CX_BSP_INV_ATTR_NAME - BSP
exception: An attribute with the name "GV_FORM_CP" is not defined
Method:  CL_BSP_PAGE_BASE=>IF_BSP_PAGE~SET_ATTRIBUTE
