1833169 - ORA-03149 occurs when calculate the space statistic using brconnect

ORA-03149 occurs in upgrade phase PREP_SPACECALC/TABSPC_PREP when calculate the space statistic using brconnect. This case is observed during the system upgrade from SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 to SAP NETWEAVER 7.3 or higher.
