How to add Additional Fields of Main Address in the account overview.

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Select New Corporate Account in the Common Tasks section.
3. In the New Corporate Account Overview open the adaptation mode by selecting Adapt in the top menu and the Enter Adaptation Mode option.
4. Select Adapt and the Edit Screen option.
5. In the Screen Layout section select Main Address.

None of the field of the Additional Fields are available in the Fields section you can only see the standard fields which are displayed in the Main Address.

The additional fields of the Main Address are only visible if they are filled. The position of these fields are dependent on the country which has been selected in the Main Address Country field since different countries have different address requirements e. g. for the US the Tax

Jurisdiction is a part of the address section but for Canada it is not.

If the you would like to move the fields Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 to a specific section within the Main Address this can be done as follows:

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Select New Corporate Account in the Common Tasks section.
3. In the New Corporate Account Overview open the adaptation mode by selecting Adapt in the top menu and the Enter Adaptation Mode option.
4. Enter the country e. g. CA in the Country field of the Main Address.
5. Select the Additional Fields hyperlink.
6. Enter a value in the field you would like to add e. g. Address Line 1 and press OK.
   This field will now automatically appear in the Main Address section.
7. Select Adapt and the Edit Screen option.
8. In the Screen Layout section select Main Address.
9. The field Address Line 1 is now also available in the Fields section.
10. You can use the up and down arrows to move the fields to the respective position.
11. Save and Publish your changes.
12. You will need to repeat this for other countries if you would like to move the position of the additional field also for accounts located in other countries.
