1833240 - Could not retrieve the list of values - "Connect to SAP BW server Incomplete logon data" when creating a document using Web Intelligence Rich client

Symptom

  • Using Web Intelligence Rich client, login to the repository using an Enterprise account.
  • Select a .UNV universe that uses SAP Business Warehouse as data source using Silgle Sign On (SSO)
  • Try to refresh any of the dimensions on the Universe and you will get the error message:
