Symptom

A publication set to deliver a report to the destination 'File System' fails with an error similar to the following:

  • 2013-03-12 11:54:09,092 ERROR [PublishingService:HandlerPool-22] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_3128 - [Publication ID # 3128] - Distribution to destination CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged (//10.208.6.90/webipub/WEBIPUBReport : 3142.pdf) failed. Recipient: Administrator, Document Scope: WEBIPUBReport : 3142 (Pdf) : (AND ). destination directory error. [[CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged] ([1]/[1])]: [Access is denied. ] (FBE60013) [1 recipients processed.]
