1833836 - BI 4 : Opening chart created in XI 3.1 version in BI 4 is modifying the format number. The division by 100 is not done anymore

Symptom

A WebI report containing vertical percent stacked bar chart in BOXI 3.1 is not properly displayed in BI 4.0. The reports in BI 4.0 display the values in the chart in %.
