1833869 - Exception while creating MBO using RESTful Web Service

Customer using Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.3 and in the SDK they are attempting to create an MBO from a REST Webservice.  When they try this they see the error below, even though HTTP tracing shows there is no byte order mark or XML declaration in the
response returned by the web service and the XML is returned correctly:
