1833937 - Text Language Key is not selectable from dropdown list box when creating new text note

Symptom

  • You try to enter a new text in assignment block Notes, but you are not able to select the language you need.
  • It is not possible to enter a second text for the same text type and same language, if one is already maintained. Only other languages are available.
