Symptom

  • A schedule previously successful start to fail.
  • Checking the status of the job shows error "Could not open the file <PATH_TO_IFRS_FOLDER>/FileReferenceInRepository.wid"

  •  The issue started occurring following the promotion of an updated version of the Web Intelligence document in the destination environment where the schedule fail.
