Symptom
- Some situations seem to be an error in the HR synchronization of employees with the business partner role "employee", when some empty fields are being distributed from the employee data, but then the corresponding fields are not getting cleared in the BP master record after a synchronization.
- One possible symptom for this issue is that HRALXSYNC report will repeatedly detect differences in address data of that employee (yellow flag appears in the first HRALXSYNC check) which will not be adjusted, and this happens because despite a difference in those fields (empty in HCM but some data in the BP) the BP data will not be cleared as it could be locally maintaned data. And the data in HCM side will not be automatically updated as the integration does not work in two directions.
