1834515 - EPM Office Add-in does not appear to be installed in Firefox

Symptom

When attempting to launch the EPM Office Add-in via the Planning and Consolidation web page in Firefox, the EPM Add-in does not appear to be installed and you see the option to "Install EPM Add-in for Microsoft Office" under the Launch option in the right column of the page.

However, the EPM Add-in for Microsoft Office is properly installed and can be verified by opening Microsoft Excel and logging into the EPM Add-in Directly.
