1834913 - Opportunity Planning not working as Planning Area does not exist

Symptom

When accessing the Planning in an Opportunity the Planning Layout is not appearing. The following errors appear on the Planning View:

  • An exception occured during planning processing
  • Error in connection to SEM, changes will not be saved

When checking the same Opportunity in CRMD_ORDER transaction or debugging PROFILE_CHECK call of function UPX_KPI_API_XML the following error is returned from BW:

  • Planning Profile does not exist
