1835198 - Dimension status change to "Need to be Processed" - BPC NW

Symptom

In Dimension Administration screen, a dimension is set to 'unprocessed' status but there is no changes in this dimension.
(the status indicator changes from green to yellow - 'Some members of this dimension need to be processed)

The only change to this Environment was that another dimension was (changed and) processed.
