1835765 - When exporting a BPC Web Report using the “Export to CSV” button, the CSV file opened in Excel loses leading zeros

Symptom

Open CSV file in Excel that was created by “Export to CSV” in BPC 10 NW Web Report, you find the leading zeroes from cell is missing when the rest of the string is composed by numbers.

Example:

Changing member name to “0name” it exported the entire “0name” to CSV when opening in Excel.

Changing member name to “01337” it exported only “1337” to CSV when opening in Excel.
