The Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) is not created during BI 4.0 install. The default CMS database is not installed and there is no significant error message found in install logs. Following error occurred in SQL Server log file summary.txt located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log\Summary.txt
"The process does not possess the 'SeSecurityPrivilege' privilege which is required for this operation."
