Symptom

  • Chart values incorrect.
  • Graph not updated after changing the parameter value in Crystal Reports for Enterprise or in Crystal Reports Viewer.
  • When entering a new values for a parameter using the Prompt Panel in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, or Crystal Reports Viewer, it does not always update the charts that are located in a subreport.
