BR*Tools jobs fail to complete successfully when scheduled within the transactions DBACOCKPIT or DB13

Error: "BR0253E errno 13: Permission denied"
Error: "BR0121E Processing of log file /oracle/<SID>/sapcheck/conn<SID>.log failed"
