1837142 - Error “org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character reference "&#26" is an invalid XML character.” when exploring Information Space that contains special characher in Explorer 4.0

• Info Spaces which contain special character cannot be explored and the error “An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x{2}) was found in the value of attribute "{1}" and element is "1a".” “org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character reference "&#26" is an invalid XML character.” will appear
• Some char such as &#26 ( control + z displayed as a right arrow)  can't be displayed and thrown an exception error
• The issue is with the special character "arrow" used in the data, any other special characters are working fine
• The same data with the special character "arrow" is working fine within Web Intelligence reports > The "arrow" will turns into a small square
• The same data with the special character "arrow" is working fine within BO 3.1 version. Problem only within BI 4.0 version
