1837305 - SCA provided using Manually Prepared Directory are rejected and not detected by SUM tool during validation or while scanning

SUM tool does not detect the SCA's and they are rejected when provided in the manually prepared download directory during update or upgrade with following message:

Rejected due to following reason(s):
• 002 : Component sap.com/ADSSAP cannot be updated to higher SP level.
• 005 : Components sap.com/ADSSAP is part of SAP stack definition file.

Rejected due to following reason(s):
• 001 : Component sap.com/AJAX-RUNTIME cannot be updated to higher release
• 005 : Component sap.com/AJAX-RUNTIME is part of the following usage type: BASIC;

Rejected due to following reason(s):
• 002 : Component sap.com/BPEM-BASE cannot be updated to higher SP level
• 005 : Component sap.com/BPEM-BASE is part of the following usage type: BPM;
