Symptom

  • Error "An error occurred while retrieving the document from the storage token. (Error: RWI 00313)" is received when opening a Web Intelligence document, based on a BEx universe, in dHTML mode.
    • The document has option 'refresh on open' enabled and contains mandatory and optional variables.
    • The document has been migrated from XI 3.1.
