1837373 - DTR replication problem: SystemTimeMovedToPastException

When you perform DTR replication according to the guide
Replicating a Track into a Different DTR Repository
you get the following error message:
"Error: Received "500 Internal Server Error" response for the request: INTEGRATE /dtr/ws/<track>/<vendor>_<track>/active"

At the same time the following error appears in the default trace:

javax.servlet.ServletException: com.tssap.dtr.pvc.versionmg.SystemTimeMovedToPastException: The progression of time as shown by the database timestamps was in reverse direction.
