Symptom

  • When clicking on Adapter Instances in SAP Data Services Management Console the following error is displayed:
  • Job server <hostname>:3500 is not accessible. Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException:
    PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.
