Symptom

  • Desktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence document saved as Excel generates a large file in BO XI 3.1 SP6.
  • Extra empty columns are added in the exported Excel file, sometimes preventing the actual document data from being fully exported.
  • This problem seems to have been introduced in SP06.
