1838033 - Error: "...Error code name:StartPromptingFail" in Schedule>Parameters window while rescheduling a successful instance

Symptom

  • While trying to reschedule a successful instance from History page, and change one of the parameters from Schedule>Parameters area get error "An error has occured: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.prompting.PromptingException: Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. Error code name:StartPromptingFail".
  • Also if you try to view that successful instance from History page get an error "An error occurred: getOutputStream() has already been called for this response".
  • If the same report is scheduled to File destination, the above errors do not occur.
