1838483 - RSECNOTE / EarlyWatch show a red status for SAP Note 1800603

The following red alert is reported on rsecnote (ST13) for ABAP systems concerning SAP Note 1800603:

Potential remote code execution in Message Server 
on Kernel release 7.20 up to patch 401, 7.21 up to
patch 41, 7.38 up to patch 6, 8.04 up to patch 26

Update the kernel (message server) as described in note 1800603;
It is sufficient to replace just the message server executable.
(No issue in release 6.40. Solution available for release 7.20 as of patch
402.)
