1838633 - BI 4.0 List of Values Are Not Showing All the Values

Symptom

  • In BI 4.0, the Information Design Tool (IDT) is used to create a universe from a BEx connection.
  • A List of Values object (LOV) is created based on one of the objects in the BEx connection.
  • The LOV is only showing a subset of the total number of values visible in the BEx Query Designer.

For example, although 100 values may be visible in the BEx Query Designer, possibly only 4 values would be presented in the IDT.
