1838683 - Cannot Login to SUP SCC After Changing Authentication cache timeout setting

Symptom

  • Adjusted the Authentication cache timeout (seconds) to a very large value in the Sybase Control Center (SCC) by going to Security > Admin > Settings.
  • When saving the setting an alert may show up on the page: "An unknown server error has occurred. Please check log for details."
  • After restarting the SUP server and attempting to login to SCC an alert is displayed: "Authentication has failed. See the Unwired Platform Troubleshooting guide for solutions."
