1838924 - Breakpoint not hit in VMC Java Mini Debugger (VMCJDB)

Main symptom:
You set a breakpoint in VMC debugger and execute the steps in the application that should trigger the execution of the corresponding statement, but the breakpoint it is not hit.

Other possible symtom
 In an ABAP debugging session, you step into a function module that calls the VMC  (F5 in ABAP Debugger) and you see a pop-up with the following message regarding the Java debugging backend :
Java debugging back end on <host> is waiting for port <portnumber>
You do not know how to proceed.
